As part of the successive, all-encompassing integration under the umbrella of the new Bad Kissingen brand, the renowned spa orchestra in Staatsbad Philharmonic Kissingen was also renamed. It required a new appearance that lived up to the high musical standards and independence of the orchestra, as well as a clear affiliation to the Bad Kissingen brand.
This has become reality through an appearance that subtly but effectively brings out the musicality, modernity and high quality of the orchestra. A significant part of this is due to the newlogo.Developed from the timelessly elegant Antiqua typeface Gazette, the logo conveys classic solidity without being overly historical. By amplifying the line width contrast and individualizing the serifs, the overall picture is of serene elegance and is based on the subtlety of classical music. The specially developed ligatures lend sweeping connections to the logo and recalllegato lines between notes. The grid system developed from the umbrella brand’s appearance additionally rhythmizes the exciting use of the image. In conjunction with the logothat bears witness to its musicality, it produces the desired result: a performance that expresses the particularity and significance, as well as the independence of the Staatsbad Philharmonie Kissingen, while making it clear that it blends harmoniously with the overall picture of the Bad Kissingen brand, just like the voice of the soloist in a perfectly harmonious ensemble.
