With the slogan "Welcome to your new home", Bonava has become one of the leading residential developers in Northern Europe. The idea of home is something different for everyone. When people are looking for a new home, the overall living environment is also an important element. Bonava therefore already thinks creatively in the initial selection of the property, further in the planning and then later in the design. The mission is to bring the environment, architecture and open spaces into harmony so that a lively neighborhood can emerge.
In our image campaign, this attitude towards lifestyle comes into play and the Bonava brand becomes synonymous with holistic residential projects. The Germany-wide campaign was launched in out-of-home media (not sure what this is !), on all social media channels and on the website and received a great deal of attention. This came with the result that the demand in the German market increased enormously, new building projects quickly found buyers and the Bonava brand made a lasting impression on potential property buyers
